Micro dosing marijuana: is it worth it?

This is something that a lot of people use in order to consume marijuana.  This is something that basically meters the production, offering exact dosage, control, and other benefits, and this is considered “marijuana 2.0, according to what Rolling stone Magazine says. While some have dismissed it, saying it’s an excuse to just get high constantly, there is evidence which says that super low doses are actually beneficial for those who need it, and there is anecdotal evidence along with studies clinically that show that consumption and using THC at lower dosages don’t offer the same cognitive results that regular-high THC levels do.

Dosage Defining

Before current legalization, most consumers only had some vague ideas of the correct dose of the HTC that they had. However, r the current labeling removes the guesswork of getting the correct dosage, but there are some variables. The content of THC does vary, from about 1-30% in most cases, but only a portion of that is actually bioavailable to people.

Some research has shown that marijuana that’s smoked offers about average bioavailability of about 30% or so. based on this, the average cigarette of marijuana that has about half a gram of this, and about 10% of THC offers about 15 mg of THC to someone who consumes this. Other groups have settled that the standard is 7 mg of THC, and some states have created similar standards, of around 5-10 MG as the main dosage for cannabis that are edibles. Right now, there is no micro dosing standard, but according to a survey of some of the website along with some forums that discuss the subject say that the dosages that are around 5 mg or low fit this, and 2.5 mg is the most common kind of dosage.

The benefits of low dosages

Some people may wonder if there is any benefits to these super low dosages. Well, most people use marijuana for relieving stress and relaxation, and inured to test how effective this is for relieving stress, a lot of subjects which were healthy get some tests that are made to induce more stress. The subjects were given different levels of this.

5 mg was found to help dampen out the negative responses without reducing the performance. 5 mg as well also slightly increased the effects that were regular, and the 5 mg did impair the TSST performances, and also some of the blood pressure response, s so there are some stress-relieving aspects of this, especially for those cannabis users who use this quite a bit.

It can also help with PTSD, as it’s been found that CBD and low levels of this may also help to mitigate and reduce the anxiety that’s in the body, and also some of the responses. Currently the evidence that shows the value of THC for those with PTSD has found that in small dosages, it actually suppresses this, aversive memories being pushed back, and it can also work even better in those who use it with CBD.

This was a very small scale study, and it wsa wen people were given twice daily supplements of around 5 mg and then orally administered, and it was found that it did improve the overall symptoms, helped with improving the quality of sleep, and how frequent nightmares were, and also some of the hyper-arousal symptoms of this, and this is something that those with chronic PTSD have found. It also is good for those who have pain, as small formulations offer the relief, without it being intoxicating for users that want to partake in this.
